mj99 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, and delay settlement where: an event result is uncertain; a bet was placed after the relevant event has concluded; market data was erroneous at the time of bet placement; or where there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption in the relevant event. mj99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
